 1 Additional Director Works (BPS-19) (One) (Male/Female) :

B.Sc. Civil Engineering with First division from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 12years experience in the relevant filed in BPS-17 and above.

2 Additional Director Planning & Development (BPS-19) (One) (Male/Female) :

Master’s degree in Business / Public Administration / Economics / Statistics with First division from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with 12years experience in the relevant filed in BPS- 17 and above.

3 Additional Director Administration (BPS-19) (One) (Male/Female) :

Master’s degree with First division from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with 12years experience in the relevant filed in BPS- 17 and above.

7 Assistant Professor (BPS-19) (fourteen)(Female) (One for each subject) :

Psychology, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Islamic Studies, Social Work, Sociology, Pakistan Studies, Political Science, Urdu, Management Sciences Ph.D. in relevant subject from a HEC recognized University/Institution/ Relevant terminal qualification from a recognized institution. Provided that she must be excellent in written communication and oral presentations skills.

8 Deputy Registrar (BPS-18) (One) (Male/Female):

Master degree with First division from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with 5 years experience in the relevant filed in BPS- 17 and above.

First Class M.Com./MBA or equivalent qualification OR Second Class M.Com. / MBA / or equivalent qualification with 05 years experience in BPS-16 in the relevant field. OR Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant.

24 Assistant Director IT(BPS-17) (One)(Male/Female) :

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT or in the relevant field with First division from an HEC recognized University/ Institution

25 Laboratory Superintendent (BPS-16) (Six) (Female) :

M.Sc. in at least 2nd division with 02 years relevant experience in BPS-14. OR BA / B.Sc in at least 2nd division with 05 years relevant experience in BPS-14.

26 Sr. Laboratory Assistant (BPS-11) (Six) (Female) :

BA / B.Sc. in at least 2nd division OR F.Sc. in at least 2nd division with 05 years relevant experience in BPS-07.

27 Store keeper (BPS-07) (01) (Male/Female) :

Intermediate 2nd Division with 02 years experience in the relevant field.

28 Cook (BPS-04)(Three) (Male/Female) :

Matric 2nd Division or Literate with 04 years relevant experience in reputed Hotels/Mess.

29 Drivers (BPS-05) (Six)(Male) :

Matric 2nd Division with a valid HTV/LTV license and Having 05years experience of driving heavy transport.

30 Photocopier /Multimedia Operator (BPS-04) (One) (Male) :

Matric in at least 2nd division with 2 years experience in the relevant field.

31 Naib Qasid (BPS-02) (three) (Male) :

Matric 2nd Division

Apply Procedure:

For each of the above positions, application forms along with a copy of CNIC, a recent passport s ze photograph, attested copies of Educational Testimonials, Domicile, Experience Certificates and a Bank receipt / draft (non-refundable)(Account No. 000231419453, UBL, Swabi Bazar) of Rs.1700/- for S.No.1 to 24, Rs.1200 for S.No.25 and Rs.350/- for remaining positions in favour of the Deputy Director Finance, Women University Swabi, should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 25th November, 2016.

Terms &Conditions to Apply :

(1) All the above mentioned positions shall be filled-in on contract basis for a period of one year.

(2) For the positions from BPS-01 to 05, applicants living within the territorial jurisdiction of the Women University Swabi may apply. While for the positions from BPS-06 to 16, applicants living in Swabi Division may apply.

(3) Eligibility in all aspects shall be reckoned upon closing date of advertisement.

(4) Female candidate will be given preferences.

(5) Applicants must clearly indicate the post they applying for.

(6) The applicants desiring to apply for more than one position are required to submit separate application form.

(7) Age limit for S.No.25 to 31 is 18-30 years.

(8) Less than 3.00/4.00 CGPA will be considered second division.

(9) In-service candidates must submit no objection certificate (NOC) from their concerned departments/institutions.

(10) Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.

(11) No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.

(12) The selected candidates will be governed by rules/regulation of Women University Swabi.

(13) The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any position.

(14) Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.

(15) Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.
