Work Summary/Job Responsibility

  • Allocation of graduates to their line managers for GMEA
  • Preparation of line organization to take on graduates for GMEA
  • Support line manager with candidate profiling and required competences.
  • Participate in final assessment of graduates.
  • Support line manager with completion of student Individual Development Plan(IDP)
  • Plan induction phase, define content of rotations and follow-up on the IDP.
  • Work with Local Process Driver and Centre of Excellence (CoE) on the continuous improvement of programme content and delivery.
  • Working with Communications team to help refine and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and how these EVP can be expanded and integrated into the campaign strategy at both promotion and selection processes
  • Collaborate with the resourcing specialist- to implement and execute on-campus and company-site activities and programmes, producing related materials to support business
  • Manage student/university sponsorship.
  • Develop branding activities (including the use of social media) to deliver the company’s EVP, at market level

Qualification/ Professional Requirment

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters / equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience managing graduate programmes
  • Knowledge of graduate market and trends
  • Talent Management – succession planning & talent review & assessment
  • Capability Development – capability planning
  • Strong knowledge of Develop and Manage people (D&MP) processes
