Job Vacancy Information:

Central Power Generation Company Limited located near Guddu Barrage on the border of Punjab, Sindh and Baluchistan is the largest Generation Company, primarily responsible for generating electricity efficiently and managing the Operation and Maintenance system of the Power Plant competitively in the best interest of the Nation.

Applications are invited for the recruitment of suitable candidate to fill in the position of HR & Admn Director in Central Power Generation Company (GENC0-11) Guddu on contract basis on the following criteria:

This is a senior managerial position in the top management team of the company. The job required to bring in vibrant HR Policies & Products for developing motivated and efficient manpower. He shall also be concerned with adequacy of administrative support / services e.g. transportation and communication facilities and record management safety and security etc.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

The candidate must have:

  • a. MBA / MPA / Masters in Social Science with minimum 15 years relevant experience in Government or Private sector organizations out of which 5 years must be at senior level position.
  • b. Good knowledge of relevant computer software for HR Management and ERP.
  • c. Excellent track record of dynamic managerial performance. He should have demonstrated the foregoing attributes through actions / decisions actually made in the part where such action / decisions have contributed significantly in improving the performance of their companies.

The age of the candidate should not be more than 55 years as on the last date of submission of application.

REMUNERATION AND AGE :

Attractive salary equivalent to BPS-20 covering basic salary house rent allowance utilities allowance a company maintained vehicle medical hospitalization facilities for self-spouse & children as per company rules shall be provided.

The employment contract shall be initially for a period of one year extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
