1. Job Title:

Head of Human Resource Responsibilities:

Partnering with HR Head and the leadership team to provide strategic HA support in managing organizational design, employee relations, talent acquisition and management at all levels. Responsible for designing HR policies and subsequent implementation.

Play a leadership role in further developing a positive, creative and ethical environment; be the champion of best practices and continue to drive that philosophy throughout Company.

Plan, develop and implement short and long term human resource strategies.

Evaluate the Company’s developmental needs, implement training programs as needed; structure and organize Human Resource department to align with business needs and objectives.

Requirement:

Masters in Business Administration (HR)/Administrative/Management Sciences from a reputed institution with minimum 12 years relevant work experience including 03 years in senior management role with demonstrated success in creating and driving effective initiatives.

Age: Ideally 45 – 55 years of age, may be relaxed for suitable candidates.

2. Job Title:

Head of Security & Services Level:

Vice President Reporting to:

Head of Human Resource Responsibilities:

Formulate policies and procedures for centralized administration function to control costs by taking advantage of economies of scales. standardized operational processes.

Responsible for general services in the company including but not limited to organizing events, transport cell, stores, general repair/ maintenance etc, Manage boarding and lodging of Executives and Directors as required.

Administer country-wide lease rentals. related agreements, maintenance of offices etc.

Manage tendering process in accordance with PPRA rules.

To devise & execute Company security plan to achieve the concept of total security.

To organize training of security personnel on matters related to security, weapons, movement of man & material inside and outside Company premises.

To supervise and assist the Senior Management in ensuring their security within and outside the Company as required.

To develop close liaison with local administration, and other law enforcement agencies to ensure all security measures are in place.

Requirement:

Preferably Master’s degree from a reputed institution with minimum 12 years relevant work experience including 03 years in relevant role. Preference will be given to ex-armed forces personnel. Qualification requirement can be relexeci in case of experience candidate.

Age: Ideally 45 – 55 years of age, may be relaxed for suitable candidates.

Job Title: Team Member IS Audit Level: Assistant Manager (0G-III) / Manager (06-II)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide support for audits and special projects through data extraction and analysis from data warehouse and other systems.

Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and related risks.

Drafts audit reports in conformance with the work performed and conclusions reached.

Assist in development of new methodologies (procedures. schedules. reports, priorities and programs) to improve the.

IS audit process. Develop audit plans covering audit objectives, scope, testing strategy and recommend time and resource budget.

Education: CISA or ClSSP with Master’s Degree or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 03 years’ experience in Information System (IS) auditing Exposure of IT general controls services and familiarity with web environment and operating systems. Exposure to programming languages and file interrogation software’s will be performed.
