Rental Office Space Required For Government Offices (Passports) In Mardan .Office accommodation should be in the vicinity of Mardan Office accommodation will have following features:

Space measuring of total area 4000 sq ft ideally/preferably at Ground Floor. • In the shape of hall with one room, along with public washrooms and staff washroom. • Easily accessible by public transport. Sufficient space for parking area. Tenancy period not less than 10 years. • Have dedicated PMT for Electrical Connection. • Have availability of Tap Water facility along with overhead tank. • Having independent entrance. • Place should be prominent and not in residential area. • Security wise viable to operate Government office. • Ramp for wheel chair for disable citizens. • Space, NOC for installation of direction board, sign board. • Space, NOC for installation of heavy generator. • Availability of roof top for satellite dish antenna installation. • Sufficient space in front of office for maintaining the queue for public. • Having proper outer shutter/door.

NOTES: Interested parties/owners can purchase the bidding documents on submission of a written application at a cost of Rs. 500/- from address mentioned below. The bids/proposal will be accepted by 05th August 2016 and should submit following documents with proposal by 05th August 2016 11:00AM (under Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure) The envelopes shall be clearly marked as Technical and Financial proposals. Technical bids/proposals will be opened by 05th August 2016 11:30AM in the presence of available bidders. Bids/proposals must include the following documents in addition to any other information that the bidder may find necessary: • Photocopy of ownership/lease leased property documents. • Photocopy of valid CNIC, NTN, GST & SST. • Photocopy of approved Site Plan. • Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- certifying that owner is not temporarily / permanently debarred from any Government agency / authority / department (without bearing any responsibility on NADRA whatsoever in this regard). • Bidding documents received after the above mentioned submission time or due date-will not be entertained. Quoted price shall be inclusive of all taxes, except GST/SST, which shall be mentioned separately. No brokerage/service charges will be paid in case of real estate agent. NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules and cancel the bidding process before acceptance of bid or proposal.
